Bail bonds for Cocoa and all of Brevard County, 24 hours a day. Call (321) 616-3938 and our team answers, day or night.
Where the bond is posted
Arrests in Brevard County are booked into the Brevard County Jail Complex, 860 Camp Road, Cocoa FL 32927. The jail’s main number is (321) 690-1500. That is where we post the bond, whichever city the arrest happened in.
To check whether someone is in custody, use the Brevard County Sheriff’s arrest inquiry. For court dates and case records, use the Brevard County Clerk of Court. Or call us with a full name and date of birth and we will look it up for you.
How it works with the office closed
Nothing about the bond needs you to come to an office. You call, we confirm the charges and the bond amounts, you sign the paperwork electronically and pay by card, Zelle or Cash App, processed through Square. A licensed agent posts the bond at the jail. You do not need to be in Brevard County, or even in Florida, to do any of this.
- Call (321) 616-3938 with the person’s full name and date of birth.
- We look up the booking and tell you every bond and the exact cost.
- You sign and pay by phone or online.
- We post the bond and the jail starts the release.
What it costs
The premium on a Florida bail bond is 10% of the bond with a $100 minimum per charge, set by state law under Florida Statute 648.33. It is the same at every licensed agency, so anyone offering less is breaking the law. The premium is the fee for writing the bond and it is not refundable. We have payment plans, and you can compare a bond against paying the jail in cash on bail bond vs cash bond.
Bond amounts in Brevard County
Brevard is part of Florida’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, which sets its own bond schedule. The same charge can carry a different bond here than in Orange or Osceola County, so the figures on our Orlando charge pages are a guide only. Some charges cannot be bonded until a judge sees the person at first appearance. We confirm the real numbers before you pay anything.
Areas we cover in Brevard County
