Our Kissimmee office on US 192 is a 2 minute drive from the Osceola County Jail. Our team answers 24/7, and a licensed agent can start your bond by phone in minutes.
When a judge or the bond schedule sets bail, you can pay the full amount to the jail, or pay a licensed agent a premium and the agent posts a bond for the full amount. In Florida the premium is 10% of the bond, with a $100 minimum per charge. The premium is the fee for the bond and is not refunded. Collateral, if we ask for any, comes back when the case ends.
Good to know
Paying the court directly would tie up $10,000 until the case ends.
Several charges? Each charge has its own bond and its own $100 minimum. Estimate only; we confirm the exact premium before you sign.
On a $25,000 bond, and we write bonds up to $2,000,000. You can pay the court in cash, borrow the cash, or pay us the premium. Here is what each one really costs.
Payment plans
Most families do not have the full premium ready at 2am. Plans are set case by case, based on the bond and what you can put down tonight.
How you can pay
…was an amazing help getting everything I needed taken care of and walking with me through the process. On a holiday no less! Thank you for keeping everything simple and expediting the process for me.
Collateral
Plenty of our bonds are written without it. If it does come up, see what counts, how Florida law protects it, and work out your own equity in about 30 seconds.
Our Kissimmee office is at 2223 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy (US 192). The Osceola County Jail is at 402 Simpson Rd, a 2 minute drive away. Everyone arrested in Osceola County, from Kissimmee and St. Cloud to Celebration and the Osceola side of Poinciana, is booked there.
You can sign at the office or do everything by phone and online. Once the paperwork is done, our agent takes the bond to the jail and we keep you posted until release.
In Florida bail since 1996 and licensed since 2001. Every call is answered by our Bail 2 GO team, and every bond is handled by a licensed agent who works the Osceola County Jail every day. From a $500 misdemeanor bond to bonds up to $2,000,000. Whatever the number on the paperwork, call us first.
You do not have to be in Florida to get someone out.
We still write the bond. Because a hold makes a case unpredictable, we secure these with collateral for the full bond amount, returned when the case is over and the bond is discharged.
We will also tell you straight: posting the county bond does not cancel an immigration hold, and the jail can hold someone up to 48 hours for immigration to pick them up.
How immigration holds work →The bond is the amount written on the warrant, not the local schedule. We check every hold before you pay anything.
They walk out of the jail lobby at the Osceola County Jail, 402 Simpson Rd, the same place the bond is posted, about 2 minutes from our Kissimmee office. The jail does not take cash at the window: a bond is posted either by a registered bail agent, which is us, or by card. How long the release itself takes depends on how busy booking is that night, so plan for a wait rather than a moment.
We will call you when the bond is posted so you are not waiting in the lot for hours.
Before you sign
Read this before you sign for anyone. These four points are what you are agreeing to.
Ask an agent first: (407) 483-7983We will walk you through the paperwork before you sign.
You promise the defendant will attend every court date.
If they skip court and are not returned, you are responsible for the full bond amount.
Any collateral you pledge secures that promise and comes back when the case ends.
You can ask us to surrender the bond if you no longer trust the defendant to show up.

The same as anywhere in Florida: the premium is 10% of the bond, and never less than $100 per charge. On a $2,500 bond you pay $250.

Florida holds a DUI arrest until the person is no longer impaired or 8 hours have passed. We can finish the paperwork during that time so the bond posts as soon as release is allowed.
Casi siempre. Llame al (407) 483-7983 y pida hablar en español. Si el agente de turno no habla español, otro agente le devuelve la llamada.
